Lovely blend of tart hibiscus and toasty, slightly bitter dandelion root balanced with the light sweetness of cinnamon and nuttiness of cloves.
Steeping: 1 tsp per cup, 212 degrees F, 5 minutes
Ingredients: hibiscus petals, dandelion root, cinnamon, cloves
Hibiscus is believed to help lower blood pressure, cholesterol, and inflammation while studies indicate dandelion root may help improve liver function. Both are a natural diuretic. Dandelion root also has antibacterial properties that may help ward against some bacterial illness. As always, please check with your doctor for medical advice.
