The perfect afternoon tea made from fine Ceylon tea leaves from Sri Lanka. The black tea leaves are blended with bergamot (citrus fruit), orange peel, and blue cornflowers. The orange rind flavor is balanced with the tang of the tea leaves. The combination yields a fresh citrus fragrance, slightly dry to the nose. A classic favorite. Tastes great with milk.
Steeping: 1 teaspoon per cup, 2-3 minutes, 212 degrees (F)
