This rare tea from the Fujian province in China is only gathered during a few days of early spring. The "silver" in the name comes from the silver hairs on the young, white tea leaves. The resulting cup is delicate, slightly sweet with a clean, airy fragrance.

Steeping: 2 teaspoons, 180 degrees F, 3 minutes
